What is the warranty?
The original factory warranty is 1 year. If purchased between September 1 and October 30, 2025, we'll extend the warranty for an additional year (for a total of 2 years). Additionally, you can purchase an extended warranty at the time of order or within 30 days of purchase.

This e-bike is generally suitable for people of all ages (16+) and fitness levels, as its electric motor provides adjustable assist to suit different riding abilities. Also, please note that the maximum load capacity is 400 pounds, so if you have any health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before riding.
